How to Enable Synthesis (Periodic Suggestions)

Synthesis is Bardeen's AI that periodically suggests automation ideas, improvements, and playbook tips based on your usage. If you're not seeing these helpful suggestions, it's likely that the feature is turned off — here’s how to enable it. 

Enable Synthesis (Periodic Suggestions)

Follow these steps to turn on periodic AI-powered suggestions: 

1. Click More Options (the three dots at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar).
2. Select Settings from the menu.
3. In the Account tab, scroll down to the Options section and find “Periodic suggestions (Synthesis)”.
4. Toggle the switch to enable it (green means it's on).
5. If necessary restart the extension.

If you’re unsure how to access the Settings menu: 

1. Click the three dots at the bottom-left of your Bardeen sidebar.
2. Choose Settings from the list.

Where to See Suggestions

Once enabled, suggestions will appear periodically on your Bardeen dashboard based on your activity, helping you get more out of automation.
