How to Enable the New Results Screen

By default, logging of results and errors wasn’t shown in Automations—but now you can enable a brand-new, detailed results screen that lets you watch your playbooks run step by step (or review them later) right from the “Results” menu.  

Enable the New Results Screen

Turn on the updated results view so you can see action-by-action logs and errors, live or after the run completes:  

1. Click More Options (the three dots at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar).
2. Select Settings.
3. Under Experimental Features, toggle on “Enable the results screen with the new studio UI.”
4. Close Settings, restart the extension or refresh the browser tab (if extension restarted on its own). The feature is now active.

Viewing Results in Studio

Once you run any playbook from your dashboard, the new results UI will load automatically in Studio, showing each action’s output and any errors:  

• Studio will open with a live feed: each step shows a preview, credit cost, and status icon.

Using Test Mode

Switch to Test Mode to debug for free (limits each action to up to 5 outputs):  

1. In Studio, toggle on Test mode at the top.
2. Run your playbook as usual—each action will return a maximum of five sample results.

Reviewing Previous Runs

To inspect any past execution:  

1. Open the Results menu (checkmark icon in the sidebar).
2. Click a run to expand its summary, then choose Breakdown for a quick action-by-action log.
3. Or click Show in Studio to load the full interactive results view.

Note:
• “Show in Studio” won’t be available for runs created before you enabled this feature.
• Full interactive results are retained for 30 days; after that, you’ll still see the credit breakdown but not the full logs.
