In this FAQ, we’ll walk you through Bardeen’s new pricing model and what it means for your current plan. I currently have a PRO package for $15/month. Will I automatically be charged more next month?

No, your monthly charge will remain unchanged unless you switch to a different plan. You will still enjoy all the benefits of the new pricing, such as unlimited team seats and unlimited free test invocations. However, going forward, each action will now consume one credit. Depending on the actions used in your playbooks, you may use more or fewer credits per playbook run. To continue accessing Business or Enterprise-only features, you must switch to a Business or Enterprise plan.

What will happen to my existing monthly package?

Nothing will change. If you don't take any action, your monthly charge and credits will remain the same.

Can I keep my existing package?

Yes, you can keep your current pricing and the same number of credits each month. However, playbook usage may consume credits differently. See Question 1 for more details.

How is the new pricing structured?

What are the benefits of the new billing system?

The new billing system is simpler, more user-friendly, and transparent. It allows for testing automation without using credits, and every action now costs one credit, making it easier to track usage.

Can I still access Business and Enterprise features on my current plan?

No, Business and Enterprise-only features will now require upgrading to a Business or Enterprise account. Please see the pricing page for details.

What’s the difference in apps and features between pricing tiers?

Certain apps and integrations are exclusive to specific pricing tiers. Advanced integrations like Apollo, HubSpot, and Salesforce, along with Advanced AI Actions, are only available to Business and Enterprise users.

Is there a test mode?

Yes, test mode is available. While testing automations in the builder, no credits will be used, allowing you to create confidently without worrying about credit consumption.
