This guide explains how to manage your Bardeen subscription, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your plan.
Important note:
To manage your Bardeen subscription, you need to use the Bardeen browser extension. Subscription management is not available via the website.
Follow these steps:
Steps to Access Subscription & Billing
- Start the Bardeen extension and log in to your account.
- Click on three dots next to your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
- Navigate to the Subscription & Billing tab.
In the Subscription & Billing section, you can:
- Manage your subscription and payment methods.
- Cancel your subscription via the Stripe Billing Portal.
- Download invoices for previous billing periods.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you upgrade your plan in the middle of a subscription period:
- You will be charged for the prorated difference between your old and new plans.
- Your subscription start and end dates will remain the same.
- You can start enjoying the additional benefits of the upgraded plan immediately.
Downgrading or Canceling Your Plan
If you decide to cancel or downgrade your subscription:
- You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
