Editing Playbooks

Editing Playbooks and Autobooks is done from the Builder. 

Click on the dropdown menu for a given Playbook and select “Open in Builder.”

Pre-built automations from our catalog can be customized the same way.

Sometimes, you may want to preview Playbook actions, instead of editing. To preview a Playbook, click on “Show Details” from the dropdown menu.
