Share Automations or Playbooks with Team / Access Team Playbooks

This guide explains how to share automations or playbooks with your team space and access team playbooks. 

Follow these steps to share and access playbooks:

Option 1: Drag and Drop a Playbook into a Team Space

1. Locate the playbook in your Personal Space under “Playbooks”.
2. Drag the playbook from your personal space into the Team Space where you want to share it.

Option 2: Move a Playbook Using the Three-Dot Menu

1. Find the playbook in your Personal Space.
2. Click on the three-dot menu next to the playbook.
3. Select Move to [Team Name] from the dropdown menu.
4. The playbook will now be moved to your team space.

Accessing Team Playbooks

1. Navigate to your Team Space in the sidebar.
2. Under the team section (e.g., “Victoria’s Team”), click on Playbooks.
3. You will see all playbooks shared with the team.

Summary

You can easily share playbooks with your team by either dragging and dropping them into a team space or using the three-dot menu to move them. Team playbooks can always be accessed in the designated Team Space under “Playbooks”.
