Deleting Your Bardeen Account

This guide explains how to delete your Bardeen account, what happens when you do, and alternatives you can consider. 

When you delete your Bardeen account, all your app connections and data will be permanently erased. This includes any Playbooks, actions, or configurations you’ve set up. If you decide to use Bardeen again in the future, you will need to reconnect your apps and recreate your Playbooks from scratch.

Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone!

Consider Alternatives

Instead of deleting your account, you might consider removing the Bardeen browser extension temporarily. This way, you can return to using Bardeen whenever you're ready, without losing your data and settings.

If you choose to reinstall and log in again in the future, a new Bardeen account will be created, but it will not restore your previously deleted data.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Bardeen account:

1. Start the Bardeen extension and log in to your account.
2. Click on the three dots next to your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click on Delete Account.
