Visit the Templates Gallery to browse, search, or filter ready-made Playbooks. These automations cover a wide range of tasks to get you started quickly. In order to save a template, just Pin it.

Using AI Prompt
Create automations effortlessly by describing your workflow using AI. When you click "Create Automation", a text prompt box will appear where you can type your desired task.
Example Prompt: "Create a sales outreach email from the current LinkedIn profile."
The AI will automatically suggest and connect relevant actions, but make sure to review the settings and configure them as needed.
Steps to Follow:
- Click Create Automation.
- Enter a text prompt describing the workflow.
- Review the generated Playbook and configure inputs or settings.
Build from Scratch
Start with a blank canvas and manually add and configure actions to build your Playbook step-by-step.
Action Arguments
Most actions require inputs (arguments) to run. For example, the "Create Event" action requires:
- Required Inputs: Event Name, Date
- Optional Inputs: Attendees, Event Description
To input dynamic values each time the Playbook runs, select "Ask me every time" from the dropdown menu.
Mapping Data
Often, you’ll want to connect data from one action to another. To do this:
- Select the Get from previous actions from the dropdown.
- Choose the action to connect.
Testing Steps
Test your Playbook as you build it by clicking the Play button next to any step.
Note: Testing in builder is free and does not consume credits.
