You are currently negative because you ran aplaybook that required more credits than you currently have. We allow you to complete the automation run to not disturb your worklfow. In order to proceed, you will need to purchase more credits to run premium automations. As a best practice, we recommend that before you start a playbook, check the number of credit required by hovering over the playbook card, it shows you how many credits each playbook uses per record where one record is one row of data.
