Our Google Calendars might have different mapping of variables. If you open up the Notion page for any of the newly created events which have the wrong mapping, do you see the event name in any of the fields? The solution to this is just to remap the current Google Calendar field you have mapped to Notion's Task Name and change that to fill into Notion's Summary field. This way the event notes will appear in the summary field in Notion. Once you see which Notion field is being populated by the event name, you can then map that corresponding Google Calendar field to Notion's Task Name. With regards to your question on the free trial, you'll be able to run this playbook even after the trial is over as it doesn't use any Premium actions. However, if at some point you require a playbook with some of our Premium features, you will need to upgrade to a Professional plan. You can find more details on our packages on our site.
